So, this is my totally Frankenstein-ed version of @seamworkmag Neenah dress with the cowl bonus. I was so pumped to make this dress from THIS SPECIFIC FABRIC that I didnx27t actually measure how much I had ? BUT I hemmed it by like 7 inches, and shortened the sleeves which added fabric for the cowl....and I patched the cowl together with about 9 different pieces of scraps a la @zerowastedaniel.

I am really pleased with how it turned out. It looks good, flatters my figure and the fabric is nice. Heck of a hack, methinks, but estoy contenta!
